HTC First vs Google Nexus 4: Choose your Android phone

While Google LG Nexus 4 is an eagerly awaited phone in India, HTC has just unveiled its first major release for 2013 - HTC First - with built-in Facebook Home app. Here is how these Android-based phones fair when pitted against each other.
While Google LG Nexus 4 runs on the latest Jelly Bean 4.2, HTC First is based on Jelly Bean 4.1.
Built and Display:
Initial reviews of HTC First describe the phone as a powerful device. The HTC First appears not to be aimed at power users but built for Facebook users who simply want to be constantly connected with friends and family.
Google LG Nexus 4 has a glass-centric chassis design which is prone to scratches and is easily breakable. However, Nexus 4 is appreciated for the hand grip it provides with rubbery soft-touch area around the edge. The HTC First is praised for its simple and straightforward design with smooth finish on the back, with slightly curved sides and a flat front.
Nexus 4 with 4.7-inch diagonal screen opts for a traditional IPS screen at 1280x768 resolution while HTC First has relatively a small screen of 4.3 inches with a 720p HD resolution of 1280x720.
